The Property

500m along the recently-constructed private road sits the freshly completed Casa Nuova. Built by and for a couple of professional architects, in accordance with the principles of permacultural design, it boasts the latest ecological and thermal insulation standards, including solar panels and water system sourced from the artificial lakes built further up the estate.

The house’s foundations are built of stone, but all of the construction above ground is made of wood (from sustainable forests, naturally), with plaster added only to finish. This stretch of coastline contains a mix of sandy and rocky beaches, one of the most famous of which is the tourist hotspot of Cefalù, just a twenty minute drive away. The nearest beach is even closer, just beyond Lascari.

Nature lovers will take particular delight in the fact that this property is right on the fringes of the Madonie Natural Park. Ecologists and nature lovers will delight in the biodiversity and topography of this beautiful reserve.
