To one side, wide sandy beaches stretch along the Tyrrhenian coast as far as the famous nearby beach resort of Cefalu, 15 km to the east. With its beautiful UNESCO World Heritage site old town, long golden beach and distinctive rocky outcrop, this is a beautiful nearby attraction (where some of our team have chosen to raise our own family), and will add significant value to the property if you develop it for tourism income. To the South rise the mountains of the Madonie Park, a paradise for lovers of nature and outdoor pursuits.

In the nearby market town you will of course find supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries and everything else you need.

Potential

This attractive plot for development near Lascari offers room for a house with a good 100m2 of living space, as well as a similarly large storage space. Bear in mind that buildings officially designated as warehouses can often re-purposed as living space here, can also be built.

Electricity connections and water for watering the plants reach up to the neighboring property, but a well can also be drilled, as the neighbors here also quickly found water sources.
