The property is on the market at an incredibly low €25,000. If more people understood the market, real estate near Cefalù would never be this cheap! Agency fees including language support throughout the process and assistance finding experienced designers and craftspeople  will be a further €3,000.

Obviously there is need to budget for the subsequent renovation work, but once this is complete you could have a beautiful retirement home, holiday escape or vacation let in a great location for a fraction of what you would pay a few kilometers up the road.
