Surroundings

Cefalù, alongside perhaps only Taormina on the east coast of Sicily, has a good claim to be the most famous beach resort south of the Amalfi Coast. The fine sandy beach is 50 metres away from the front door, at the absolute most.

The downstairs property is owned by a lawyer who does not even live here most of the time, and next door is a beautiful church in the midst of restoration work – meaning the the apartment’s balcony is not overlooked by anyone.
