About Me

Giuseppe Carollo joined our team to meet the increasing demand for properties in the western part of the island, specifically in the Trapani Province. Giuseppe is a truly international person: open-minded, friendly, always ready to help his customers, and deliver professionalism. Born in a small Sicilian town kissed by the sea, he moved to the USA at the age of 18. As a self-made man, while working full-time, he attended real estate school, and in 1998, he passed the Virginia State real estate board, becoming a registered Realtor, a real estate agent. He continued his studies at Virginia Commonwealth University, where, in 2002, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a minor in international relations.

Throughout his career, he has worked as a real estate agent, real estate acquisition manager, personal banker, and assistant bank manager. His personality has allowed him to become a trusted advisor and a friend to many people around the globe. In 2020, he and his beautiful American wife, Amanda, decided to move to Sicily. After seeing the struggles that many international buyers face in acquiring a property in Sicily, he decided to step in and make the difference. He went back to school, and in 2022, he became a registered real estate agent in Italy.
